Coach Dabo started the Santos Futbol Clube in 1986. Coach Dabos approach to coaching the game of soccer has helped numerous Santos players the opportunity to play at the collegiate and professional levels.

Some of the players that coach Dabo has helped and trained to the highest levels are; Pablo Mastroeni - Colorado Rapids of the MLS, Captain of the US Men's National team; Evan Whitfield (Ret) - Chicago Fire of the MLS, US Men's National Team and Olympic Gold Medal Winner; Scott Garlick (Ret)- Real Salt Lake of the MLS; Brandon Tyler - New England Revolution of the MLS

Coach Hefner has been with Santos FC since 1995. Since that time, he has assisted Coach Luis Dabo with all soccer teams, and served as club strength and flexibility trainer. In 1997, he assisted coach Dabo with the strength and flexibility training for the Arizona Sandsharks professional indoor soccer team. He has traveled abroad to both Brazil and Portugal, assisting Coach Luis Dabo with Santos soccer teams in competition and training, and holds a US Soccer Federation National D Coaching License.

Besides coaching various Santos soccer teams, Coach Hefner also brings an extensive background in the martial arts to the instructional table. He has studied the marital arts since 1972, is an Internationally certified 5th degree black belt in Okinawa Jundokan Goju-ryu, 2nd degree black belt in Kodokan Judo, taught after school programs for the Washington School District (1995-96), instructed classes for the Boys and Girls Club (1988), and in his studies has traveled abroad to Okinawa, Japan, Canada, Mexico and throughout the United States. . 

Besides coaching the various Santos teams coach Hefner also does the strength training for all teams.

Coach Albano has coached in the valley for over 26yrs. He started the Tempe Soccer Club in 1978 and the Az. Sunbirds Soccer Club in 1989. Upon leaving the East Valley he has helped coach Dabo, who has been a friend for over 28 years, with all his teams.

Coach Albano has coached the Dobson Varsity girls from 1996 to 2000, Corona del Sol Girls Varsity from 2000 to 2001, Hamilton Girls Varsity from 2001 to 2006 and Camelback Varsity Girls from 2006 to the present winning a region championship with each school.

Besides Club and High School coach Albano was the South Mountain Community College Men's Head Coach for 6 years and the Women's' Head Coach for 3 years.

Coach Stryker, a product of the AZ Youth Soccer System has played on teams that have won 5 State Championships, played in 3 regional Tournaments. He began training with Coach Dabo at age 10 and went on to play college soccer at Phoenix College and as a Professional player for the Arizona Saguaros in the USISL. He has been doing personal and small group training for 10 years and has been back at Santos as the 97, 99, & 2000 coach for 2 years.;
